I had a positive interview experience. My first interview was actually with the director rather than the hiring manager, which was very enjoyable. My second interview was with an Engineer who gave me a test and a homework assignment. This was challenging but entirely doable. After meeting with the engineer a second time, I spoke with the hiring manager and received an offer shortly after. All of my interviewers identified as male, and as a woman and requested to meet with one other individual who identified as a woman. They accommodated this and she had only GREAT things to say about equality and inclusion at Trimble.
