I had four rounds of interview in hangouts(Technical,Manager,Senior Manager,HR). I also had salary discussion. My profile has been forwarded through consultancy. The interview process took totally 1.5 month from first round to HR round. HR offered sample salary structure but said it will take 2 days to get release offer after approval. There is no response from HR after that and no answer to call or mail. I waited for four weeks and then consultancy person told job went on hold. The entire interview process and discussion was good and professional. I am little bit unhappy with no response from HR.I expect them to update as it went on hold as it went till offer stage.
