Fun and they just want to get to know you. A lot of the questions are really to get a feel for candidates. what do you do in your free time? how are you involved on campus?

There was an info session on campus in March. After networking with the representatives at the info session (a must), I submitted by application and received an interview in the following weeks. It was a single, 30-minute interview with a Principal for the firm. The interview screens entirely for fit, as your resume and GPA are taken as indications that you can learn-on-the-job.
