2 stages; technical interview done through internet, followed by in-person. Technical interview focused on knowledge of networking and IT security, along with troubleshooting ability. In-person interview was very relaxed, managers were comfortable in allowing flexible answers.

First, you will be asked to answer the pre qualifying online exam. Pure IT knowledge is needed. Then if you passed, you will be scheduled for an interview.
