There is not that much benefit at all. There is some medical insurance but its only partial or not rely useful at all. They rather offer training to Sales people rather then Technical department...

The only benefit is what the law has established no less but no more at all... sick leaves, Vacation paid are established by the law... they came up with 7 day sick leave in a year but no more than 9 sick days in 2 years...
