Post 20 days of completely ghosting me i called them up they told me your experience doesn’t match for the post we are looking for l, i told them you must have interviewed me for that matching skill set only and you must have told me this initially.
Advice : Have some good process don’t waste candidates and interviewers time

Also the learning curve here is very good.
