Everyone I met with was very friendly and the interview process was welcoming and not stressful at all. Important questions are discussed, but you do not feel like you are being interrogated. 10/10 would interview again.

Just be ready to reference specific events in your previous employment, positive and negative, where you made impactful decisions or changes.
Streamlined process up until final round, very professional atmosphere. Moved decently quickly through the process (phone first round and two following in-person rounds), but after the final interview stage went radio silent. Contacted the hiring manager two weeks after the final interview to finally get a brief, two-minute phone call rejection.

Interview
Easy interview process. Initial phone screen with recruiter, then onsite interview with unit manager and then claim center vice president. Interview with unit manager is very automated with him or her reading and asking questions from booklet. Interview with vice president is more casual but alot tougher. Come well prepared.
