Phone, video and final video.
Phone interview was very short and just wanted to makes sure I knew the basics. The video interview was more in depth and asked more technical questions. The final interview was with only one person and was more about myself as a worker.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers
Interview
The first step was a phone interview. If you pass that you will have to take a 4 test which they send you a link for GED practice test. It's really not a test you can study for. If you pass that you move on to an interview with two unit managers then if you make it through that two higher level managers.

All the questions are behavioral. It really depends on your experience. Overall the managers were some of the nicest people I have ever met. They really make you feel comfortable.

Interview
Phone interview followed by in person interview. Lots of written tests. The process is quite long, around 2-3 months. There is also a drug test, background check, and credit check.
