I found the experience interviewing at Travelers to be an exceptionally pleasant one. Cheryl truly made a positive impression on me with her professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness. Question 1
They asked me what I was looking for in a new role. I felt that was such an important question because changing careers isn't just about finding the next employer/employee but finding a good fit for both.
There were two rounds of interviews, first with HR director and then with a team of attorneys. The HR interview lasted approximately 40 minutes, the attorney team interview lasted approximately 1 hour 20 minutes. The attorney interview consisted of both experience and behavioral questions in a round table fashion.
