I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Travelers (Houston, TX) in Nov 2023
Interview
Quick process: application, phone screen, two interviews. Approx 3 months from application submission to offer (but holidays made this a bit longer than usual for me).
Overall, the interviews were mainly behavioral questions, STAR questions based on my experiences, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I could tell the interviewers cared about me, and Travelers was prompt and provided consistent communication throughout the whole process.
One of the best job application processes I’ve ever been through.

Tell me about a challenge you overcame and how you deal with difficult situations/conflict.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Travelers (Saint Paul, MN) in Jun 2022
Interview
I applied for several positions with Travelers, and interviewed for the UPDP. The process from submitting an application to hearing from a recruiter was about a month.
The interviews with the hiring teams were comfortable, but I never did get any response afterwards. The recruiters ghosted me and did not respond to any follow up emails.
Rejection emails are automated, and sent in the middle of the night.
If Travelers wants applicants to feel respected, they need to end the culture of ghosting in their hiring department and set emails to be sent during business hours.

Multiple interviews with entirety of the team. Very thoughtful questions and a very open discussion about why you want to be at the company, what are your goals, skills, etc.
