plan to interview all day. you first take a test (which is easy). then you break for lunch and come back and interview with several managers. this is the first company i've ever had an all day interview for...or had to take an adjusters test but it was a good learning opportunity. the interview questions were pretty standard.

there were basic questions in the interview.
the only thing that was difficult was the credit check. i was newly divorced and had some collection accounts. i had to send in my divorce decree and bankruptcy paperwork and they had to have some special hr convention to approve me. i was told that they don't like their employees to have more than $2k in outstanding debt. um...this is horrible economy. every one has more than $2k in debt...unless you're a trump, in which case, you're not looking for a job at travelers.

Interview
Phone interview, Zoom interview with two managers, peer time and Director interview. All done in one two hr zoom call. They do provide breaks between each part. Offer next day. Background is very thorough.

Standard phone screening. Lengthy assessment test.
Some questions very easy. Others very difficult. Most important thing is to get through the easy questions so you don't leave any unanswered and then spend remaining time on the harder questions. Interview consists of a team approach with questions asked in the STAR format.
