After a phone screen with the recruiter there may also be a phone screen with the hiring manager before being invited in. Then be prepared for multiple days of panel interviews. Panel members will be from both business and IT and multiple management levels.

My recruiter was top notch - responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. One leader was a no-show four scheduled interview, but the others were prompt and the conversation was casual.

Interview
Meet with HR first over the phone, pass this test and speak to the hiring manager over the phone. Next step is and in person interview with a handful of people (peers, customers and management). Second round interviews usually don't happen, decisions are quickly made if you are the right candidate. If it take a while to hear back, they are interested - but want to see if they can find someone better
