Got a phone interview then I got an email for an in person interview shortly after. Got to the interview, not one person that was supposed to interview me was there so different people did the interviews. Everyone seemed very nice and all said they liked me and would put in a good word, etc... didn't hear back until 6 or 7 months later with an automated email saying I didn't get it.

Thirty minutes; very nice interviewer; asked questions like strengths and weaknesses, classes I am taking, classes I enjoy, any experience in the business field, what I am involved in at school

Interview
A 30 minute phone interview then called back to a "super day" which was 3 separate interviews and an informal lunch. The "super day" took place at the Travelers corporate headquarters in Hartford, Connecticut.
