Applied through my university's career fair in October 2016. Had a 30 minute phone interview and was asked to come back for an on site interview in Hartford about three weeks after. Received word of their decision one week after the on site interview.

Question 1
Basic behavioral interview questions, have a few good success/failure stories ready
3 rounds, first round screen, second round interview with current analysts, final round interview with program lead and job shadow. Process was very smooth and there was constant communication between both sides.
Two rounds of phone interviews. First round was phone screening and second round was technical and behavioral. Most questions were related to what I wrote on my resume. The whole process was pretty decent.
