The interview process was really well organised. The in-house recruiter was very helpful at all stages. For this particular engagement, the interview process was a 2 step interview. The first one being a screening call with the recruiter, and the second one, a 45 min-1 hour competency and case study presentation with the actual senior leadership of the project.
