Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and after sending my CV I was invited to an initial phone call. The caller was friendly and the questions were not difficult. The conditions of the job offered were not what I was looking for though.
quick and well-organised, a few tests at the beginning to check skills for that particular role (i. e. translation or proofreading tests), transparent process of selecting candidates, process seemed fair and reasonable, responsive recruitment team
