      I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Trane Technologies (Tyler, TX) in Jan 2011

      Interview

      first contacted by a recruiter for some general questions, then had a phone interview with the hiring manager, then on site. phone interview is all general questions. onsite is panel interview with S. T. A. R. style. the people there is nice, the hiring manager is nice. after interview, I had a lunch with the hiring manager, I found the discussion at lunch is also important, so take it as a second 1:1 interview.
