I had a phone interview with a panel of people from HR and IT departments. The panel made it very comfortable over the phone. The interview lasted about an hour. It was behavorial questions interview. The interview questions were impressive and interesting. There were about 10+ questions asked mostly about you performed in various kinds of situations. I am looking forward for hearing from them for another position since the one I was interviewed for, other candidate was selected. My advice would be don't be nervous and listen to the questions properly.
