The process started with a phone interview. Then it was a multi-faceted in-person interview with three different groups of interviewers and an on-site writing test. That total interview included five individuals asking questions.

It was simply awful. CEO seemed to suffer from ADD. Would ask a question then leave room. Brought people in and out of room, so would have to start all over again. A real nightmare
