One 15-min phone interview and one 30-min interview (supposed to be in person, but mine wound up being a second phone interview), both with HR. It took a very long time for Ingersoll Rand to get back to me after each interview.

Describe a time you overcame an obstacle on a project or assignment.
It was very straightforward and to the point. Basically, are you who your resume says you are? This is where embellishments might take a toll on your process if you cannot thoroughly speak about your past experiences and positions.

Interview
Attended an on campus career fair and was invited to interview the following day. Standard interview mainly consisting of behavioral questions. There were two individuals that interviewed me, the individual from the career fair and an engineer within the company.
