Great interview process first round with a HR at my college.
Second round was over the phone with the hiring manager in that specific office.
Third round was at the actual location of interest with a very easy going process.

One, 60 minute behavioral interview. Asked questions about past projects & skills I had. Was with a panel of 4 people, and they said they'd get back to me in the next several days.

Pretty casual overall. Phone call with engineer who didn't ask anything technical at all really, mostly behavioral questions. Made it to a final onsite round involving a 1 hour panel with some members of the team.
