The interview process at Trainual was fantastic! Each interview step provided the opportunity to meet with different stakeholders across the company, and everyone came prepared with really thoughtful questions assessing my thoughts on how the customer experience tied into their various business functions.
A major step in the process was presenting a project on how I would build and scale the CX team, and I really appreciated the ability to share my vision for the role through such a tangible exercise.
