HR lady was rude and had almost zero knowledge of shipping industry.
Interview revolved around my resume and few technical questions related to shipping industry.
A basic idea related to their business operation and oil industry would be sufficient to crack the interview.

Poor recruitment process . Unprofessional HR . Acts as she has professional shipping degree . As the HR has no knowledge of shipping , still asks questions related to shipping and when you will answer them is a good way , she wont understand anything .The HR wont understand anything if you start giving answers in professional and technical way . She understands nothing apart from rubbish answers .
