Scheduled a time at first but was told to change on that date. Hiring Manager will ask you couple of questions mixed with behavior and tech and business. Be prepared to be challenged coz it's fast-paced and pushy.

Name three transformation commodity firms and making these days
Asked about the risks a shipment of oil could be exposed to moving from port to port (New York to South Africa). Include hedging fundamentals to de risk cargo. Spend very little time on your background.
Starts off with an interview followed by an assessment. Then there are more interviews followed by an assessment center. First interview is motivation and a couple technical questions with HR.
