The drawn-out, disorganised, unstructured process came to an unsatisfactory and inconsistent conclusion. Interviewers were disrespectful of my time, I was ghosted in the conclusion of the process and the business acted as though it didn't care about the role. The responses I received to the glassdoor reviews were unconvincing leaving me to believe the company won't change direction with the current execs in place.
