There was one assessment and two interviews for this position. One was with the team and last one with the founder of the company. Overall it was a good mix of questions.

Interview
Phone screen was less than 15 mins, written assessment was 45 mins and then panel interview. Written assessment includes questions about trade knowledge and recent trade developments, as well as basic trade knowledge.
