I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Traction on Demand in Feb 2022
Interview
I applied online and received the interview request within a week from the recruiter. The interview process was long and had various components but the recruiter was very supportive. Following is the interview summary:
1. Recruiter round- You can expect a phone call with the recruiter where you will be asked a lot of questions about your background and why you would like to work for the company, This can last around 30-40mins.
2. Hiring Manager round- You will meet 2-3 team members from your direct team and you will be asked more questions about your background and projects. Here, they will explain to you more about the role and why the role is open so you can get a great insight into what to expect in day-to-day tasks, etc.
3. Demo Interview- This is the very important round where you will be asked to present a demo. Based on the role, they will give you a Salesforce-related scenario and you will need to prepare a presentation and any supporting documents. You can expect 3-4 people in this round. They will actively participate in the demo and ask you a lot of questions so be prepared to answer any scenario-related questions.
4. Cultural Interview- Very chill round where you can almost talk like regular work meetings. Here, you will meet 4-5 people from your team. If you made it to this part then you will probably enjoy this round.
After this round, you will be offered the position if you were the right fit for the role.
My opinion- First of all, big kudos to the recruiter(Anandi), she was an awesome resource, and although they messed up a bit on my demo around so I had to do the demo twice but she supported me throughout the process. I personally liked how much they value the company culture aspect even in the interview so make sure to check their website and learn about the company culture. I would highly recommend making your demo as realistic as possible, try to assign the roles of customer, manager, engineer, etc.

Question 1
Questions about your past roles and projects. Follow-up questions in the demo based on your presentation. More questions about your personality apart from your skills, I believe they also want to make sure if you will be a right fit in the company culture.
Applied online, had remote interview. After the interview they indicated they would follow up within a week but never got back to me. I emailed to follow up and they never responded.
