I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Traction on Demand (Vancouver, BC) in Sept 2018
Interview
The process is pretty engaging and interesting - after the regular HR screen I got invited to a discussion with two HR people - had a very good discussion with the main interviewer who not only asked smart, non-standard questions, but also presented deep knowledge of the company and the role.
The other interviewer seemed to have her mind somewhere else and once or twice I caught her yawning.
Afterwards I was given a solutions demo to prepare. When I got to the place, first there has been no laptop provided (luckily I had my own, as a back-up to a back-up USB in case I couldn't just run the demo of CLOUD-based solution...right!!??).
After what I believed to be a very good interview I was told by the very same HR young lady I would be contacted in 2-3 days. To my surprise I haven't heard back from her, approximately 2 weeks later I followed up to which I got apologetic email asking for another "few days" of patience.
It's been around 2 months since then and still no news.
Piece of advice: it's great you have a very good process and amazing culture. Thing is, none of that is of any value of the people can't present the basics of professional conduct on the frontline.

Interview
Overall very thorough and a good way to train people on Salesforce.
The interviewers were all very nice and welcoming.
The demo was the most challenging part for me, but I worked hard on it and felt confident going in to the demo.
The last interview was the Culture and it was a great chance to ask potential peers about the company.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Traction on Demand
Interview
first it was a phone call with alot of behavioral questions and whether i knew salesforce and if i had client facing experience, then cam a video interview with very similar questions with the same hr person trying to assess my demeanor, next comes a presentation wherein a project plan is given during a simulated kickoff meeting, then comes a lunch outing with members to assess demeanor and likability.
