Applied Online. 2 months for HR to setup a screening due to large amount of applicants at TBMNA
One screening with HR about salary and benefits. Recruiter was very helpful and positive. They will send you interview preparation material for STAR format. Benefits are surprisingly generous for a quality role.
If you pass the screening then one round of interview with hiring managers. 3 questions. STAR format.

Interview was at the end of work day with 3 directors. Both looked extremely bored and half asleep from the start, heads in hand. They spent some time bickering amongst eachother for chosen questions, which was awkward. Very rude and offputting, to the point that I thought it might be a tactic.
