Behavioral based interview. "Tell me about a time . . . "
You need to be specific and describe your actions. The panel would wants to know what you did to move the company or organization forward.

Too long and not so structured interviews. You may apply to a position in Engineering, yet end up in a situation (after 5 hour long interviews) where the Recruitment rep declares that you are selected for a position in HR.
