Toyota highly recommended I use the STAR format for my responses (Situation, Task, Action, Result). I would suggest practicing this and preparing answers for common situation-based interview questions. One example of your standard interview questions is: "Tell me about a time you resolved conflict at work or collaborative projects." Also, maybe briefly familiarize yourself with Toyota acronym soup before interviewing, as it can get confusing rather quickly.
