Only 2 interviews, one over the phone which briefly discussed work history and why I would change jobs. The in person was with multiple managers, and Toyota uses a STARS format of questioning. Very easy if you have examples of, "a time when....."

I didn't find any of the questions difficult or unexpected, but some of the situational questions were similar so I had to think hard about a very similar but different situation for the answer
