Was a videoconference interview with the Manager - Applications Services and Project Portfolio Manager. Interview went more like a discussion to understand my experience and where I would fit in and how. I was asked to talk through myresume and to provide behavioural responses to the questions asked of me (to give them an the idea as to the that past behaviour is an indicator of future performance). They were interested to find out what motivates me and Why I was seeking a move from my current situation.
