Interview
It was worse. I was seeing a white board when there were 2 interviewers in the panel. They were looking at my face and asking questions but I was unable to see any of them.Also the questions they were asking proves how knowledgable they are. I felt how could these folks entered into such a reputable company, who doesnt know how to interview others.

Question 1
On SAP QA. I did worked as an SAP Developer and moved on to SAP QA. and I do have 15+ years of exp. they need only 7+ years of an employee but they said I am not suitable to this role. I would like to say the interviewers themselves are not suitable to be in the company. I suggest HR need to be in the interviews to observe the behaviour of their own employees
