I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Jul 2013
Interview
Gave my resume to a recruiter at a career fair. Was contacted for an interview soon after. Started with a phone interview involving a 3 minute sales pitch for anything you choose. Then an in person interview lasting 5 hours. You first watch a video about the position and the compensation structure. Then a 1 minute sales pitch over the phone to the hiring manager's voicemail. I then sat with a couple of people who are currently doing the job.
After about an hour of talking with the line grunts I was interviewed by 2 people from HR. I did not feel like the position would be a good fit for me and I told them so.
