Toronto Regional Conservation Authority interview questions

The interview was relatively quick and flexible. It was an in-person interview, but they had the option for an online interview if you were unable to make the in-person. It was approximately 45 mins to an hour. They had some theoretical questions about what you would do in a certain situation in the field, and about organising events. It was overall an easy interview, and they definitely look to see your demeanour- to see how you will react with the general public. Additionally, while not officially tested, they were hoping to see your general knowledge of ecological life in the GTA - this includes plants and insects
