Applied online, received an email from the direct manager for an interview. Interview was a scheduled one on one call with the direct manager for 30 minutes which was the very standard, tell me about yourself and why do you want to work here etc. Was very relaxed and felt conversational, interview I felt went well but was ghosted and never heard back. Unprofessional and would not work for this company in the future.

A pretty unprofessional experience all around. It seems like they lack structure and planning. You interview with 3 different people and they ask the same run in the mill questions. I’m certain they didn’t even read my resume before hand.
- Tell me about your past experience. Walk me through your resume etc

I went through a phone interview, two in person interviews involving five people. I believe it basically came down to a person with an engineering background deciding whether or not an artist gets hired, So if your a digital artist and you get a chance to be interviewed by Topps, just know that the person who decides to hire you, will likely not be another artist but an engineer, which makes absolutely no sense!
- My experience with Unity.

Brief phone screen, then was scheduled to meet HR and the design team. HR had a minor scheduling conflict which resulted in me having to visit the office twice. I spoke to 2 different individuals - a marketing director first than the global marketing VP. The first phone interview with the marketing director lasted 30 minutes. The following phone interview with the global marketing VP was about 50 minutes as well. Both were very friendly and flexible on timing.
