Interview
The interviewer was the Lead Developer. He was very cold and straight forward. Asked for only a couple of behavioral questions and the we proceeded to a skill test. It consisted in doing some SQL Querys and write a simple algorithm to exchange the characters in a string.

Interview
Interview went well, didn't get the job. The individual interviewing me was very nice and pleasant to speak with. The office had a very positive vibe to it. I would like to work there, maybe sometime in the future.
