Tinkerlust interview questions

During the Tinkerlust interview process, I began with an HR interview via call, where we discussed my previous experience, technical HR-related questions, and the company's workflow and regulations. This was followed by a test assignment designed to evaluate my skills, experiences, and creative thinking. In the user interview with the department head, the focus shifted to problem-solving and employment-related case discussions to assess my strategic thinking. Finally, a C-level interview emphasized technical expertise and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with the company's values and expectations

It is pretty fast and to the point with the HR. They ask questions that are related to my background. Very nice experience with the recruitment process and I manage to go to the User Interview.
