I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tiffany & Co. (New York, NY) in May 2023
Interview
They invite you in for a group assessment that last 2 hours. They give an overview of the company history and then have you break into group to do a "client scenario" where they give you a prompt and you have to choose an item for that client. Then they have you write a note you would send to follow up. Lastly they pull a few people aside for further question but it basically seemed like they were giving offers on the spot.

Question 1
Help this client purchase an item for such and such lifestyle
Had to interview with multiple people. Whole process took about a month. The final interview with a corporate partner was the most unprofessional interview I have ever had. The store level team and the other corporate partner I interviewed with were beyond lovely but the final interviewer was asking questions that were major red flags and extremely unprofessional and outright demeaning.

Why would you leave (insert former employers name here)
Very nice people, multiple interviews with different people, relevant questions, no pressure, but very slow response, expect that its going to take minimum 1-2 months if selected. Looks little messy and not very well organised.
Came for 2 different interviews at two separate times with group of two managers and then director. Process took a couple months. Not an exciting training process where you read and learn everything from reading of the screen
