Typical recruiter interview after application submitted; easy questions but never heard back afterwards upon following up. Overall easy interview process, nothing out of the ordinary. Recruiter was late but did apologize, had an approachable manner.

First interview is a series of questions that are sent digitally and you are required to film yourself answering them. It is not a personable interview and the process to hear back took some time.
