Not great. I received an email inviting me to a phone screen, but the formatting was so off and unprofessional that I initially thought it was spam. The interview itself lasted less than 10 minutes. They didn’t ask anything that wasn’t already covered in my resume or cover letter, and I wasn’t given a chance to ask any questions. I was told I would hear back in a few days, but after being ghosted for two weeks (even after sending a couple of follow ups), I finally received an automated email saying they had moved forward with another candidate. The entire process felt very disorganized and unprofessional.
