I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter about a month later. A call was scheduled and I spoke with the recruiter. The recruiter then scheduled a call with the CISO and I confirmed the date. A couple days before the call, the recruiter told me we need to re-schedule and I promptly provided my availability. After that, I never heard back from Tivo or the recruiter. I was basically ghosted by Tivo recruiter and the CISO. I think this is very unprofessional, especially for an Information Securtiy role at a public company.
