Interview process was standard, people were really friendly and genuine. Initial phone call, followed by a video interview with a regional director, followed by a final interview with multiple corespondents.

Multiple round interviews. Initially met with the marketing directors, then came on-site for live interviews. Final interviews were over the phone. Nothing technical, more mindset focused, making sure you are a right fit for the team.

It was pretty casual, asked me questions more about personality than technical skills. The process took around four interviews, where I met with a singular guy at first and then with a team.
Very easy going process that was made easier by great people. They are really testing to see how good your soft skills are and your ability to communicate with people.
