The interview process was very well organized and I felt the questions asked related to the job at hand. There was also a portion to test how you would problem solve and actually use the phone to assist a customer.
Was a great interview - got the offer letter very quickly. Would recommend as a great place to work. Had some of my best years here. Why is there a 30 word limit on this?
Waiting and the hr process kind of slow. Already receive confirmation from the existing Job other industry then only receive call and offer salary package .the whole process about 3 weeks

The interview was long but the atmosphere during the interview was great. Good questions, clear and honest. The process of recruitment was coherent. I had to do one task during the interview.
