I have been working at Thomson Reuters full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Good people to work with, good benefits, pension and healthcare.

    Cons

There is too much emphasis placed on metrics and statistics instead of letting staff do their jobs to the best of their ability. A lot of out-sourcing and moving jobs to locations where workforce is cheaper, but I've seen firsthand how bad this cheaper workforce is.
