I connected with TR at an internship fair in mid-February. A employee at the fair was very helpful and gave me all job code number for the internship position. I applied that night and received a phone interview about a week later with Senior Manager. After that TR invited me onsite for second round interviews. In this process I had four interviews, a tour of the facility, and had lunch with second-year employee. The four interviews were with the head of the intern search committee, two managers, and an HR representative. The format was fairly basic being about my resume and behavioral based questions.
