Interview

The interview process was moderate roughly 45mins of my time, basic questions which followed competency based questions. After the interview and 3 months later i still have not received any form of feedback.

The interview process was quick and pleasant. The recruiter communicated with me often and kept me up-to-date on the process. I had a phone interview with recruiter, phone interview with hiring manager, and an in person interview with a the hiring manager's manager and a colleague.

Applied for a job online. A couple of days later spoke to a recruiter out in Minnesota. He was like a robot, had a list of questions to ask (about 20) not engaging at all. Long silent episodes as he took notes. Never heard back...
