Applied online. Had an initial phone call, followed by a written test in translation and news writing, then a final stage interview with a team leader and HR manager. The whole process took five weeks. Communication was good throughout, but after the final stage interview I received an impersonal rejection email and got no response when I enquired as to the reason.
