Interview
Got a call from Korean HR for 1:1 interview arrangement. Had a interview with locals even if they are not my direct boss. However as Korean they have entitiled to it and had some influence. The question is not that technical. Mostly about myself and prior job experience.
After then got an interview with direct manager in HK headqurter. I think if you're from financial institutions, they definitely favors you.

It was structured like a basic interview, including the STAR response formatting. There was a lot of behavioral questions, and the interviewer was very nice. Overall, was not very "difficult" and was kept light.

HR - Team Lean - Exec. HR was short, it was online. Team lead was about 90 mins. They generally wanted to see if you were a good fit. Exec is more about compensation.

Applied online. Recruiter offered a phone screen. I reached out to her, via phone. She became annoyed at me, and told me (sounding very angry/annoyed) that "she didn't want another long-winded answer", then asked a question about sales, that I did not understand and was robotic. She told me it wasn't going well, and I asked to be moved out of the talent database.predicated on that interaction.
